THE PORT AUTHORITY OF NY & NJ
3 YEAR BASE CONTRACT WITH OPTION
(JANUARY 22, 2008)

  • Continental Clean Air, Inc. has been selected by the Port Authority Of New York and New Jersey to conduct facility inspections for Indoor Air Quality and HVAC ~ Duct Cleaning services located at the George Washington Bridge administrative offices, New York City Broadway Bus Station (upper Manhattan), Including multiple Port Authority Toll Houses, Police Stations (GW Bridge, Palisades Tolls) throughout New York City and the New Jersey Boroughs.

    Continental Clean Air was happy to be a part of this private bid with the Port Authority which is currently in the preliminary stages. We would also like to thank the Port Authority Management Of NY & NJ for allowing Continental Clean Air to be part of the collective bidding process for such a large and historical project.


Everett, MA
CONTINENTAL CLEAN AIR'S EMERGENCY RESPONSE
(December 2007)

  • Continental Clean Air was called to the Everett, MA explosion site to help out with emergency Indoor Air Quality and Air Duct Cleaning services to the Everett Housing Authorities Elderly Housing complex which housed some 87 elderly people along with many Families which lived adjacent to the Elderly Complex. The air quality was a great concern for the Elderly Building since the Gas explosion from a tanker ignited and burned within feet from the complex. We would like to thank the many people who helped with their great efforts in giving a helping hand to those in need.

NEW JERSEY
CONTINENTAL CLEAN AIR JOINS MABFM 07
(November 2007)

  • Continental Clean Air was proud to be part of the State of New Jersey and the New York Tri-State Area 2007 Mid Atlantic Building, Facilities and Maintenance Show. The New Jersey show was a great success Continental Clean Air is currently working on large scale plans for air duct cleaning of a multi-unit highrise building in lower Manhattan along with consulting and preventative maintenance schedules for any future air quality concerns.



BILLERICA, MA
POLICE DEPARTMENT
(September 2007)

  • Continental Clean Air has been selected to provide Indoor Air Quality Services to the Billerica Police Department located in Billerica, Ma.

    CCA was proud to be part of a major overhaul, inspection and thorough cleaning of all ductwork, reheat coils and variable air volume boxes (VAV) throughout the Billerica Police Department’s state of the art main headquarters and administrative offices.

    Continental Clean Air would like to thank the Town Of Billerica and the multiple town managers including the Chief Of Police for working very closely and diligently with CCA’S Administrative Staff and Certified Indoor Air Quality Team.



IAQ Expansion

  • In an effort to expand our Indoor Air Quality expertise,
    Michael J. Capillo completed the 5 day course to be certified as an Indoor Environmentalist. The extensive coursework, provided by Delisle Associates in Kalamazoo, Michigan, focused on all aspects of indoor air quality and investigation techniques.


Faulkner Hospital
Surgical Suite Complete
June 2007

  • CCA is proud to have been a part of Suffolk Construction's recent Faulkner Hospital project. Suffolk Construction completed the construction of a new high tech surgical suite. CCA was contracted to do the final post construction duct cleaning.

    CCA was also asked to complete gravimetric air samples and video inspection of the duct work. CCA was proud to have worked with Suffolk Construction to bring this project to a successful completion.

Growing Again

  • Jason Demelo has joined the Continental Clean Air family as our Commercial Project Manager. Jason will be overseeing and managing all of Continental Clean Air's commercial, Industrial & Multi - Unit residential accounts.

    Jason brings an extensive background of commercial facilities management, including HVAC mechanical systems, ductwork planning and inspection. Jason also has a tremendous background in construction and residential property management. Jason will be working very closely with facilities and property managers to ensure top notch service for all of our Commercial and Multi Unit residential clientele.

Maintenance Show

  • April 4th and 5th, 2007
    The 2007 NEBFM was a resounding success. The over 500 attendees and more than 100 vendors made this year's show the best yet.

    Mike Capillo, President of CCA, along with Carol DiDomenico and Sarah Garofalo represented Continental Clean Air at the show and were able to speak to many facility managers regarding their indoor air quality issues.

    Tom Thomas of Professional Expos once again coordinated a great show bringing together facilities maintenance personnel and many quality vendors.



"CLEAN AIR RESPONSE"

  • April, 2005 & June, 2005
    Continental Clean Air had shown outstanding professional services along with rapid Emergency response efforts to the Rockland Public High School located in Rockland, MA & The King Phillips High School located in Wrentham, MA for Duct Cleaning Services & Smoke Removal to both schools due to fire related damages. The towns were extremely happy with our professional services along with our rapid and quick response. Both schools were brought back to pre-loss condition within days.

  • Continental Clean Air completes the Massachusetts Lottery Commission Headquarters located in Braintree, MA. Continental was called within a moments notice for the complete cleaning & inspection of all the ductwork throughout the Lottery's 80,000 s/f Main facility.

  • Michael Capillo President & Chief Executive is called upon by the Wakefield Chamber of Commerce to be a guest speaker at the Northeast Regional Vocational High School located in Wakefield, MA. The HVAC, Sheet Metal & HVAC Mechanical shops were thrilled to be introduced to Indoor Air Quality and Mechanical Hygiene during Continental Clean Air's 2005 Job Fair visit.

  • Continental Clean Air is our name and baseball's our game for the 2005 Season. Continental has held first place throughout the baseball season with a possible play-off trophy on the way. Our team has been playing outstanding for the Town of Wakefield thanks to hard work and dedication from our boys.

THE DAILY NEWS

  • Continental Clean Air, Inc. made headlines in The Daily News, after discovering the source of a foul smell that had been present in the Newbury Town Library. Our technicians found a trap that had dried out, allowing sewer gas to escape into the building, which caused a three-day closure.
